Hi. I'm Dan and I make bagels. 

 

Before moving to Trophy Club, TX, I worked in New York City for nearly 18 years. And without fail, I grabbed a coffee and bagel during my commute between Grand Central and Times Square. Man, I loved those bagels. Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. 

Don't get me wrong. I love it here in Trophy Club -- but it became clear that I just couldn't get my hands (and taste buds) on the bagel that beckoned me from 42nd & Broadway.  So I boiled & baked my own, pulling from old school techniques and simple ingredients.

Then, over time and through great customer feedback here in TX, my bagels became what I call, "East Coast born and TX raised". A unique combination that's resulted in premium classic & specialty bagels.

 

So, give 'em a try - or should I say, a "nosh". You'll love them.
