Firstly, let's manage expectations - we do sell out. Like TX BBQ, bagel shops and bakeries do as well. Okay, with that out of the way...
These are our core offerings - and does not represent everything we make and sell. We believe in quality over quantity. A tight, authentic menu that includes several housemade products.
From bagels made from scratch to smoked salmon & lox flown in from NY, we strive to offer the freshest, most delicious bagel shop experience in the DFW area. We will never be the cheapest, and frankly, we are proud of that because it reflects the small business mission we live by - a premium, gourmet local bagelry that is like no other.

Classic & Specialty Bagels
We offer a variety of special flavors every so often, but our daily flavors are plenty to choose from: Plain, Everything, Sesame Seed, Poppy Seed, Salt, Garlic & Salt, Garlic, Onion, Asiago, Jalapeno Cheddar, Cinnamon Sugar Crunch, Rosemary Salt, Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Raisin and Blueberry Pie. And finally (drum roll please), legit HARD ROLLS!
Like the magical unicorns they represent, our Rainbow bagels appear and disappear fast. Made from scratch with multiple layers of dough, hand portioned and hand rolled, these bagels are not cheap (and just never will be). When in stock, these are available to lucky walk-in customers. Pre-orders, reservations, pull-asides, preorder substitutions or call-aheads are not taken - sorry.

Bagel & Spread
Your choice of bagel with butter, cream cheese, avocado spread or lox spread - with a ton of free-add ons so we don't nickle & dime you for every tomato or onion you add to your sandwich.
Our housemade cream cheese flavors change based on the season (like when strawberries go out of season). But our daily offerings are usually Plain, Cinnamon & Brown Sugar, Scallion, Garlic & Herb, Jalapeno Cheddar, Blueberry and Veggie. Our Lox spread is wonderful because we don't compromise the quality of the salmon - it's the same classic Nova Samaki Smoked Salmon we use for our Bagel & Lox sandwich (see below).

Bagel & Lox
Bagel & Lox sandwich - no legit bagel shop goes without it. We fly in our smoked salmon from Port Jervis, NY and pick it up at United Cargo at DFW airport (for reals). We exclusively use Samaki Smoked Fish Company for our fish - small batch, cold-smoked and artisan. We offer their classic Nova smoked salmon, Pastrami-spiced smoked salmon and Gravalax. And, we can't forget the Whitefish we get from them - game changer.

Breakfast & Lunch Sandwiches
Bacon, egg and cheese? Yep. The classic BLT? Yep. Housemade egg salad, tuna salad, chicken salad and whitefish salad? Yep, yep, yep, yep. Again, a ton of free add-ons? Yep. And so much more. Please note, WE SERVE LUNCH (true story).

Taylor Ham, Egg & Cheese Sandwich
Taylor Ham, Pork Roll? - the long-standing debate continues. We ship directly from the Jersey Pork Roll company. Please note, this is NOT traditional ham or Canadian bacon. It's pork roll (or is that Taylor Ham).
Stumptown Coffee
Delicious Stumptown Roasters hot, drip coffee - and their ready-to-drink cold brew coffees with cream, Oatley or Horchata.
Dr. Browns Soda
We are one of the few stores in the DFW area to offer this nostalgic, authentic soda made in NY. And yes, it's not cheap but so delicious.
